Ces informations ne s’appliquent que dans le cas de commandes de particuliers, ainsi, les illustrations produites ne peuvent être utilisées par le client que pour un usages personnel.

  • personnages humains/animaux

  • portraits de personnes/animaux (dans mon propre style)

  • nsfw léger (gore/érotisme) selon la demande

JE NE DESSINE PAS

  • contenu pornographique

  • contenu offensant/discriminatoire

  • contenu qui me met mal à l’aise pour x raison

  • mechas et arrière-plans complexes

 

✧ LE PROCÉDÉ ✧

  • 1. requête

    Envoyez moi le détail de votre commande via mail ou DM instagram.

  • 2. accord

    Mise en accord du prix, du délai et des conditions de paiement.

  • 3. paiement

    versement d’un acompte équivalent à 50% du prix total.

  • 4. production

    Selon le délai convenu, le temps de production peut durer de 2 semaines à 2 mois.

  • 5. livraison

    Un fichier HD de votre commande vous sera délivré après le paiement des 50% restant.

PERSONNAGES/ANIMAUX :

  • portrait contour : 30€ / 33 USD (+ 15€ / 16 USD par personnage supplémentaire)

  • portrait couleur : 40€ / 44 USD (+ 25€ / 28 USD par personnage supplémentaire)

  • buste / mi-cuisse contour : 40€ / 44 USD (+ 30€ / 33 USD par personnage supplémentaire)

  • buste / mi-cuisse couleur : 50€ / 56 USD (+ 45€ / 50 USD par personnage supplémentaire)

  • plan pied contour : 60€ / 67 USD (+ 35€ / 39 USD par personnage supplémentaire)

  • plan pied couleur : 70€ / 78 USD (+ 45€ / 50 USD par personnage supplémentaire)

  • personnage + animal : prix de la formule personage désirée + 20 € / 24 USD par animal.

 

ARRIÈRE-PLAN :

  • aplat de couleur : 0€

  • paysage simple : 15-25€ / 17-28 USD (le prix varie selon votre demande !)

EXEMPLE

plan pied couleur (70€/78 USD) + 1 animal (20€/24 USD) + paysage simple (15€/17 USD) = 105€/117 USD.

 

✧ Terms of service ✧

 

GENERAL TERMS

✦ I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason. 

✦ I reserve the right to cancel and refund an order at any time for any reason.

PAYMENT

✦ Currency accepted is Euro (€) and can be paid through paypal. To avoid being scammed, I won’t start working on an order until I get paid at least 50% upfront, and I will not deliver the final file before I receive the other 50%.

PROCESS & DELIVERY

✦ Depending on the complexity of your piece, delays may vary from 2 weeks up to 2 months ; I’ll keep you updated if I take more time than expected to finish your drawing but if you need it for a specific date, make sure to give me 1 month minimum !

 

REVISIONS

✦ The price of the order includes 2 rounds of changes. An extra fee will be added if you demand any other changes on the final piece –unless a misunderstanding has been made on my part.

✦ The amount of the fee will depend on the changes you want me to do and will most likely be based on an hourly wage (around 10€ / 11 USD per hour here in France).

COPYRIGHTS & USAGE

✦ Once you receive the final file of your drawing, you have the right to use it anyway you like as long as it is for personal and non-commercial use only (no reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints, etc.).

✦ You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.

✦ I reserve the right to post your order on my socials or on my portfolios but I will not profit further from it unless you (the customer) break any of the terms of service.

✦ As a side note, if you post it on your socials, credits would be highly appreciated !

THE FOLLOWING IS CONSIDERED COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT :

✦ Using the artwork, or a reproduction of the artwork for a commercial purpose - meaning making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.

✦ Claiming the artwork as your own.

✦ Altering the artwork without my consent.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

✦ As I am paid for my time, I do not accept refunds if you change your mind AFTER I started working on your order (unless the commission falls through by my fault of course).

✦ If you cancel your order BEFORE I started working on it, you can get a full refund.

✦ If I find myself unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.

✦ If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

/!\ If you request a Paypal chargeback when you were not allowed to ask for a refund, you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will also decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations about the order as proof that I have completed work for you. Finally, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
